What Is the UGC NET Exam?
The University Grants Commission National Ability Test is specially designed for aspirants who want to do research as professional work, so they apply for the UGC NET exams. The age limit for the CSIR NET examination is 28 years for the general category, 31 for the OBC categories, and 33 years for the SC/ST and PWD applicants. The Assistant Professor doesn’t have an upper age restriction. Educational Qualifications are 55 per cent in M.Sc. for the general category and 50 per cent in M.Sc. or B.Sc. for the SC/ST and OBC categories.
